What You’ll Do

As an LPN with Medical Director Co, you’ll:

• Deliver skilled nursing care to patients in their homes

• Collaborate with RNs and interdisciplinary teams

• Support care planning, reporting, and compliance documentation

• Serve patients of all ages, tailoring care to meet individual needs

What We Look For

• Graduate of an accredited practical/vocational nursing program

• Active LPN license in your current state

• Valid state driver’s license

• 2+ years’ nursing experience (home health preferred but not required)

• Current CPR certification and Hepatitis profile
